Officer - KYC & Relationship Center Representative

• KYC (Know Your Customer) Duties: • Verify customer identity and ensure all client documentation complies with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., FATCA, AML, etc.). • Conduct due diligence checks for new and existing customers to assess and mitigate risks associated with client onboarding. • Handle escalations and discrepancies related to KYC for both individual and corporate clients. • Support audits and regulatory requirements related to KYC performance. Relationship Center Duties: • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering prompt and concise solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Assist customers with account management, complaints, and general service requests. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of KYC norms, AML (Anti Money Laundering) guidelines, and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. • Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in documentation. • Problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset. • Proficient in CRM and KYC management tools or platforms. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). • 5 + years of experience in KYC and/or customer relationship roles. • Familiarity with banking systems, regulatory norms, and compliance tools. • Certifications in AML/KYC (desirable) or willingness to obtain one.
