##### **Overview** ##### **Job Details** Analyze call center performance data and prepare regular reports to assess operational results and overall service performance. Monitor key performance indicators and carry out periodic analysis to identify trends, potential risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare management, performance, and compliance reports for assigned processes while following established procedures and reporting deadlines. Provide clear data based insights to internal teams and management to support effective business decisions and operational planning. Participate in client requested training sessions and provide analytical assistance and reporting support when needed. Review reporting data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper organization before presenting information for management review. Assist with maintaining performance dashboards, reporting systems, and analytical tools to improve visibility of key operational metrics. Support continuous improvement projects by analyzing performance data and providing useful recommendations based on reporting results. Maintain organized records of reports, analysis, and performance data for future reference and internal review. ##### **Job Experience Requirements** Student or graduate in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical, reporting, business support, or similar role. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, with basic knowledge of databases and SQL. Ability to work with large amounts of information accurately and prepare reports within defined deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills with the ability to explain findings and present data clearly to internal teams and management.
