Office Boy / Office Assistant \- Desert Falcon FC Responsibilities * Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting areas, reception, and common areas. * Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for CEO, visitors, and meetings when required. * Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic document preparation. * Deliver and collect documents, letters, invoices, and other office materials when required. * Assist with office errands, including purchasing stationery, supplies, and other required items. * Monitor office supplies and pantry items and inform the Admin team when stocks are running low. * Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries and ensuring items reach the correct department. * Help with office setup and preparation for meetings, staff meetings, and other academy activities. * Assist the Admin team with basic administrative tasks when required. * Support the team with pitch/venue\-related errands and requirements when needed. * Assist with pressing the uniform, equipment movement, including receiving, organizing, and transferring items when instructed. * Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing supplies to the Admin team. * Maintain a professional, helpful, and respectful attitude when dealing with parents, players, visitors, and staff. * Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Admin, Club Director, or Management.
