**WE ARE HIRING** Office Assistant / Operations Supervisor **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Industry:** Bakery \& Café / Hospitality We are looking for a reliable and responsible **Office Assistant / Operations Supervisor** to join our team. Requirements: * Valid **UAE Driving License** is mandatory. * **Arabic speaking** is required; English is an advantage. * Previous experience in **restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, or hospitality** is preferred. * Experience in a **supervisory or team\-leading role** is an advantage. * Good knowledge of daily restaurant/hospitality operations. * Able to coordinate with branches, staff, suppliers, and management. * Able to handle office tasks, documents, follow\-ups, and administrative duties. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Responsible, flexible, and able to work under pressure. * Willing to assist with operational tasks and branch follow\-ups when required. Main Responsibilities: * Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks. * Visit and follow up with branches when required. * Coordinate with staff and ensure tasks are completed properly. * Follow up on supplies, documents, maintenance, and operational requirements. * Support branch supervisors and report operational issues to management. * Handle company\-related errands and transportation when required. * Assist with general office duties and daily coordination. Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
