**Senior Odoo Developer** We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing IT Department. As an official Odoo Partner, we deliver Odoo ERP implementation, customization, integration and support services to businesses across different industries. With our team and client portfolio continuing to grow, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled developer to take ownership of challenging projects, develop professionally and grow into a key technical role within the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, customize and maintain Odoo ERP modules based on client requirements. * Build custom workflows, reports, dashboards and business applications within Odoo. * Integrate Odoo with third\-party platforms, APIs, payment gateways, WhatsApp solutions and other business systems. * Work closely with functional consultants, project managers and clients to understand requirements and provide effective technical solutions. * Support Odoo implementations, upgrades, migrations and ongoing maintenance projects. * Troubleshoot technical issues, improve system performance and ensure high\-quality delivery. * Review code, maintain development standards and support junior developers as the IT team expands. **Requirements** * Proven experience as an Odoo Developer, preferably in a senior role. * Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. * Strong experience in Odoo customization, custom module development, reporting and integrations. * Good overall understanding of Odoo ERP modules, including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, Projects and Manufacturing. * Experience with Odoo.sh, Git, Linux environments and deployment processes. * Ability to understand business processes and translate client requirements into practical Odoo solutions. * Experience working with REST APIs and third\-party integrations. * Strong problem\-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. * Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. **What We Offer** * A strong opportunity to grow within a fast\-expanding IT and digital transformation company. * Exposure to a wide range of Odoo ERP projects across different industries. * The opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress into a technical lead role as the department grows. * A supportive team environment where your ideas, technical expertise and contribution will be valued. * Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
