It’s an opportunity to become one of our founding team members and play an important role in shaping the future of The Primitive OT across the UAE. **About the Role** As an Occupational Therapist at The Primitive OT, you’ll work with both paediatric and adult clients, supporting individuals to achieve greater independence, participation and quality of life. Your caseload will be tailored to your experience and interests and may include: * Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) * ADHD * Developmental Delay * Intellectual Disability * Sensory Processing Challenges * Neurological Conditions * Functional Capacity Assessments * Adult Neurological Rehabilitation * Physical Rehabilitation * Mental Health * Community\-Based Occupational Therapy * Clinic\-Based Occupational Therapy As our practice grows, you’ll also have opportunities to develop specialist clinical interests and contribute to new service offerings. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments. * Develop meaningful, evidence\-based intervention plans. * Deliver high\-quality therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, workplace and community settings. * Complete functional assessments and written reports where required. * Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families. * Collaborate with other allied health professionals, educators, support coordinators and medical practitioners. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation. * Contribute ideas that help improve our services and client outcomes. * Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional practice. **Who We’re Looking For** We are looking for clinicians who genuinely care about people and are passionate about helping others achieve meaningful outcomes. **Essential** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. * Eligible for DHA Registration or currently DHA Licensed. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for providing high\-quality client\-centred therapy. * Commitment to ongoing professional growth. **We Welcome** * New Graduates * Early Career Occupational Therapists * Experienced Occupational Therapists * International Applicants looking to relocate to Dubai Experience working with paediatrics, adults, neurological conditions, sensory integration or functional assessments will be highly regarded but is not essential. **Why Join The Primitive OT?** At The Primitive OT, we believe great clinicians are developed through exceptional mentoring, continuous learning and a supportive team culture.
