Nursing Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Assistant with experience in Dermatology to support dermatologists and nursing staff in providing high\-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assisting with dermatologic procedures, patient education, and clinical operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support * Assist dermatologists and nurses during dermatologic and aesthetic procedures (e.g., biopsies, laser treatments, chemical peels, cryotherapy). * Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including positioning and explaining steps to reduce anxiety. * Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies following infection control protocols. * Perform basic clinical tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, and post\-procedure care under supervision. Patient Care \& Education * Monitor patients’ comfort and report any concerns or reactions to the supervising nurse or physician. * Provide patient education on skincare routines, treatment aftercare, and medication use as directed. * Assist with patient intake, medical history documentation, and vital signs. Administrative \& Operational Duties * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. * Manage inventory of dermatology supplies and ensure proper storage. * Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and coordination of follow\-up appointments. * Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications * Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification. * Previous experience in a dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic preferred. * Knowledge of dermatologic procedures, tools, and skincare products is an advantage. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast\-paced clinical environment.
