Nurse (Home Care Nurse)

Join Our Growing Team at NADZ Healthcare! Now Hiring: We’re currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our specialised care team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with current best-evidence-based standards, professional guidelines, and instructions from the Nursing Supervisor. • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols. • Perform IV cannulation confidently and efficiently, ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Monitor, assess, and record patients’ conditions, reporting any changes promptly to the physician. • Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and diagnostic testing. • Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices. • Maintain infection control standards and uphold all safety procedures within the clinical environment. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and appropriate referrals when needed. Experience: • Clinical Nursing in UAE: Minimum 2 years of experience (Preferred) • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Life Support (ALS) is an advantage. • Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals. • Must be skilled in IV cannulation. • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. • DHA license/eligibility. • Fluency in English • Successful completion of nursing internship and 2–3 years of clinical experience.
