NIGHT AUDITOR- Male

A four\-star hotel in Bahrain looking for an experienced Male Night Auditor to join Immediately. Summary of Duties \& Responsibilities:\- * Balancing the accounts from the day shift * Managing front desk activity and handling guest check\-ins and check\-outs * Ensuring customer satisfaction and other concierge activities according to guest preference * Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly * Creating invoices, and bills for hotel guest * Balancing the Credit card and Cash transactions. * Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role * Ensuring that all end\-of\-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments * Answering calls and queries related to potential booking Requirements for this role: Must have minimum 2 year experience as a night Auditor in a reputed 4 star or 5 star hotel.
