Networking Monitoring Assistant

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details** Ensure the stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the company's IT infrastructure and network environment. Build, maintain, and enhance internal LAN and SD\-WAN solutions to support business operations effectively. Participate in infrastructure deployment, system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement projects. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patch management for operating systems, servers, and network equipment. Provide second and third level technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex system and network issues. Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures. Work closely with the central IT team to ensure consistent standards and efficient infrastructure management. Monitor network performance, system availability, and infrastructure health to maintain reliable operations. Troubleshoot network, server, and system incidents to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. Support the installation, configuration, and optimization of network devices, wireless systems, and related IT equipment. Assist with implementing IT security measures, access controls, backups, and other infrastructure protection activities. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Higher education or ongoing studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Previous experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar technical role is preferred. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, routing, and switching concepts. Hands\-on experience configuring and maintaining network devices, including switches, wireless access points, and related equipment. Experience with Aruba or HPE solutions will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, or similar platforms. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues under pressure. Good documentation and communication skills with a structured and organized approach to technical work.
