n: Technical Operations Officer

Job Summary Gravo is seeking a Technical Operations Officer to install, monitor, maintain, and repair cash\-handling equipment, including cash deposit machines, cash\-counting machines. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and connectivity faults. * Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, calibration, testing, and parts replacement. * Monitor machines remotely and provide on\-site technical support. * Resolve cash jams, counting errors, note rejections, sensor faults, and related issues. * Coordinate with banks, customers, vendors, and internal teams. * Maintain service reports, issue logs, repair records, and spare\-parts records. * Follow company, bank, security, and safety procedures. * Escalate complex or recurring technical problems. * Participate in a 24\-hour rotational support schedule. Requirements * Practical experience repairing cash\-handling, banking, or similar automated machines. * Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic, and IT troubleshooting skills. * Ability to use diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and remote\-management software. * Basic knowledge of computer networks and Microsoft Office. * Good reporting, communication, and customer\-service skills. * Flexibility to work a rotating three\-shift schedule:morning, evening, and night including weekends and public holidays. * A valid driving licence is preferred. * English proficiency is required.
