We are expanding our creative team and looking for a dedicated video specialist to drive visual storytelling across our client portfolio. Role Overview We are looking for a creative, highly skilled **Multimedia \& Videography Specialist** to join our team full\-time in Bahrain. In this role, you will lead end\-to\-end video production—from technical shoot setups on\-location to crisp, fast\-paced post\-production editing optimized for short\-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and branded visual campaigns. You will work closely with our strategy team to transform concepts into high\-converting visual assets. Key Responsibilities * **End\-to\-End Production:** Plan, direct, and capture high\-quality video content on\-location for client campaigns, events, and brand shoots. * **Post\-Production \& Editing:** Edit fast\-paced short\-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and long\-form brand assets, including color grading, audio leveling, motion graphics, and caption integration. * **Creative Pacing \& Hooks:** Utilize platform\-native editing styles, dynamic framing, and trend audio to maximize viewer retention and engagement. * **Lighting \& Sound:** Manage on\-set lighting setups, clear audio recording, and visual composition for both studio and external shoots. * **Asset \& Workflow Management:** Keep footage organized, maintain clear version control, and hit deadlines consistently across multiple active client projects. Requirements \& Qualifications * **Nationality:** Open to Bahraini nationals. * **Experience:** Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation (agency or freelance background preferred). * **Technical Mastery:** Proficiency with professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro) and camera setups (DSLR/Mirrorless, lighting gear, and audio gear). * **Trend \& Platform Fluency:** In\-depth understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts formats, algorithms, and visual pacing. * **Portfolio:** A portfolio, reel, or creative handle demonstrating strong camera work, clean cuts, and aesthetic framing. * **Soft Skills:** High ownership, strong communication, punctuality, and the ability to operate under tight delivery turnarounds.
