**MULTIMEDIA CONTENT PRODUCER** * Employment: Full time, office based * Location: Al Garhoud Views, Dubai * Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000 / month * Experience: 2 to 3 years minimum **ABOUT ALBAB MEDIA** ALBAB Media is a Dubai based creative and marketing company founded in 2021\. We build campaigns end to end, from concept and strategy through production, influencer partnerships and post production. Our work includes the Food Central launch for Majid Al Futtaim, the Gucci Beauty Series with Ounass, Dettol's Mother's Day campaign which passed 10 million views, Nike's No Rules Just Play at Dubai Mall, and Drive Like a Girl, a documentary on Amna Al Qubaisi that made us the first media company in the UAE to film at Yas Marina Circuit. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We need someone who can take a project from the first idea to the final export without handing it off three times. You will shoot it, you will cut it, and you will be in the room while it is being planned. Some weeks that means a controlled studio shoot for a beauty client. Other weeks it means an event where the client expects the edit back within 48 hours. If you want to do one narrow thing repeatedly, this is not the role. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Shoot video and stills on location and in studio for brand campaigns, influencer content, product and lifestyle work, and events * Edit and deliver the final cut, including colour, sound, subtitles and basic motion graphics * Join concept and pre production: mood boards, shot lists, locations, props and scheduling * Cut every shoot into the formats each platform needs, vertical for Reels and TikTok, wide for YouTube and paid * Set up and operate camera, lighting and audio, and look after the kit * Turn around event coverage fast, which for us often means final delivery within 48 hours * Use AI tools where they save time or open up something we could not do before, across ideation, editing, upscaling, audio and subtitles * Keep footage organised, backed up and easy for the team to find * Hold the quality line on work that goes out under our name and our clients' names **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * 2 to 3 years minimum in a production, agency or in house content role * A showreel or portfolio. We will look at this before anything else on your CV * Strong hands on camera skills with mirrorless or cinema bodies, plus lighting and audio fundamentals * Confident in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop or Lightroom. After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are a real advantage * Comfortable using AI in your workflow, and able to explain what you actually use and why * An eye for pacing, framing and colour, and the discipline to match a brand's existing look * Able to work to a brief, take direction, and still bring your own ideas * Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage * Gimbal or drone experience is a plus, and so is any experience shooting food, beauty, automotive or industrial **WHY THIS ROLE IS WORTH TAKING** You will not be a small part of a large machine.
