Multi Technician

**Multi\-Technician** Hyperclean Technical Services is hiring a skilled Multi\-Technician to carry out general maintenance works across residential, commercial, and hospitality properties in the UAE. **Scope of Work** * Carry out plumbing works — leak repairs, fixture replacement, drainage, and water heater servicing * Handle electrical works — lighting, sockets, DB checks, fault finding, and minor installations * Perform basic AC servicing — filter cleaning, drain clearing, and first\-line fault diagnosis * Execute carpentry and handyman works — door adjustments, ironmongery, fixings, and joinery repairs * Carry out patch plastering, touch\-up painting, and tile/silicone repairs * Respond to reactive call\-outs and complete planned maintenance tasks * Record works completed and materials used; report findings to the supervisor **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years' UAE experience in multi\-trade or facilities maintenance * Practical competence across plumbing, electrical, AC, and general repairs * Trade certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline (preferred) * Valid UAE driving licence — will be a plus * Able to work independently, troubleshoot on site, and deal professionally with clients **Terms** * Employment visa and medical insurance provided * Salary commensurate with experience * Candidates on cancelled visa / immediately available preferred Pay: AED1,800\.00 \- AED2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
