Multi Technician (Electrical & Plumbing)

• Perform routine and emergency electrical system maintenance, including troubleshooting wiring, circuits, and fixtures to ensure operational safety and efficiency. • Execute plumbing repairs and installations, addressing issues with water supply, drainage, and sewage systems to prevent leaks and water damage. • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of electrical equipment such as lighting, power distribution panels, and control systems. • Conduct diagnostics and repairs on plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and pumps, ensuring optimal water flow and sanitation. • Possess a vocational degree or diploma in Electrical or Plumbing trades, or equivalent demonstrable experience. • Hold relevant certifications such as a Journeyman Electrician license or Master Plumber certification. • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both electrical and plumbing maintenance and repair roles. • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and plumbing diagrams.
