Job description
We are seeking a skilled Multi Technician with Facilities Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities across multiple building systems, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted facility operations. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, lighting fixtures, DB panels, switches, sockets, and power circuits.
• Maintain and service air conditioning systems, including split units, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Carry out plumbing repairs such as leak rectification, pipe replacement, sanitary fixture maintenance, and drainage blockages.
• Perform minor civil works including painting, carpentry, tiling, ceiling repairs, and gypsum board repairs.
• Monitor and maintain pumps, motors, water tanks, and related mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergency maintenance requests, and client complaints.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all building assets are operating efficiently.
• Complete maintenance checklists, service reports, and work orders accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and FM teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Assist in shutdown activities and planned maintenance schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend improvements where applicable.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely completion of maintenance activities.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Multi Technician within the Facilities Management industry.
• Good knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Civil maintenance activities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE FM experience will be preferred.
