Mobile Fleet Operations Supervisor

**Role Overview** La Conchi Food Operations is seeking a hands\-on Mobile Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily mobile food units, delivery vehicles, and field logistics fleet. In this role, you will direct vehicle dispatching, maintain strict temperature and food safety compliance during transit, oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, and manage mobile operational teams to ensure high\-quality, on\-time service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily mobile unit dispatch, fleet routing schedules, and field vehicle deployment across food distribution routes. * Enforce cold\-chain integrity, food safety protocols, and hygiene standards across all mobile units and food delivery transport. * Manage vehicle maintenance routines, routine safety inspections, and repair logs to keep the mobile fleet running smoothly and minimize operational downtime. * Supervise, schedule, and support mobile fleet drivers, food transport operators, and field service personnel. * Track real\-time fleet positions, delivery timelines, and fuel consumption using GPS tracking and telematics software. * Handle route disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, and customer service delivery escalations promptly in the field. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Food Operations, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in fleet operations, mobile food/catering logistics, or temperature\-controlled distribution. * Strong familiarity with food safety transport standards (HACCP principles), cold\-chain management, and commercial transport safety. * Practical proficiency with Fleet Management Systems (FMS), route optimization tools, and GPS tracking tools. * Excellent leadership, field crisis management, and team communication skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٤٬١٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
