Middleware Developer – IBM ACE & IBM MQ

We are seeking a skilled **Middleware Developer** with strong hands\-on experience in **IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) v13** and **IBM MQ 9\.4**. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise integration solutions across applications and systems. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain integration solutions using **IBM App Connect Enterprise v13**. * Design and develop message flows, APIs, transformations, routing, and integration services. * Work extensively with **IBM MQ 9\.4**. * Configure and support queues, queue managers, channels, and listeners. * Develop REST and SOAP\-based integrations. * Work with JSON, XML, and other enterprise message formats. * Implement error handling, validation, transformation, and message routing. * Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems. * Troubleshoot middleware, messaging, connectivity, and production issues. * Perform deployment and configuration across different environments. * Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post\-production activities. * Monitor integration processes and resolve performance or availability issues. * Prepare technical documentation and follow development and deployment standards. * Work with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * **5\+ years of experience in Middleware / Enterprise Integration.** * Strong hands\-on experience with **IBM App Connect Enterprise v13**. * Strong hands\-on experience with **IBM MQ 9\.4**. * Experience in developing ACE message flows. * Knowledge of ESQL and/or Java. * Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services. * Good understanding of JSON and XML. * Experience troubleshooting enterprise integration and messaging issues. * Knowledge of SQL/database integration. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred** * Experience in banking, BFSI, telecom, or large enterprise environments. * Experience with Linux/Unix. * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Experience working in production\-critical environments. **Candidate Profile** We are particularly interested in candidates who can **join immediately** and have strong practical expertise in **IBM ACE v13 and IBM MQ 9\.4**.
