Job description
Meter Readers shall perform meter reading, basic disconnection/reconnection, and inspection activities as per requirements.
• Collect meter readings as per defined cycles.
• Perform water valve and MCCB disconnection where authorized
• Capture photographic evidence and update system records
• Identify abnormal readings and report irregularities
• Support unauthorized consumption detection
• High School / Diploma
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in meter reading or field services
• Basic understanding of electrical and water systems
• Ability to use handheld devices and reporting tools
