Metal Spray Painter

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Metal Spray Painter** to prepare and spray paint metal and structural steel components in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in steel fabrication workshops and be familiar with industrial painting systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust, oil, grease, and contaminants. * Apply primers, epoxy, polyurethane, enamel, zinc\-rich, and finish coats using spray painting equipment. * Operate airless and conventional spray guns safely and efficiently. * Mix paints, hardeners, and thinners according to manufacturer specifications. * Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure a smooth and high\-quality finish. * Measure and maintain the required paint thickness as per project specifications. * Perform touch\-up painting and rectify coating defects when required. * Mask and protect areas that should not be painted. * Clean, maintain, and store spray painting equipment after use. * Coordinate with fabrication, blasting, production, and QC teams to meet project schedules. * Follow approved painting procedures and quality standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Wear appropriate PPE and comply with all company HSE policies. * Report equipment faults, paint defects, or material shortages to the supervisor. * Perform other painting\-related duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor. **Requirements** * Minimum **2–5 years** of experience as a Metal Spray Painter or Industrial Spray Painter. * Experience in structural steel fabrication, metal fabrication, PEB, or industrial manufacturing. * Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, zinc\-rich primers, enamel, and protective coating systems. * Ability to operate airless and conventional spray painting equipment. * Understanding of surface preparation and paint application techniques. * Basic knowledge of paint mixing ratios, drying times, and coating quality. * Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site environments. * Basic English communication skills are preferred. * Immediate joiners are preferred. **Preferred Industry Experience** * Structural Steel Fabrication * Metal Fabrication * PEB (Pre\-Engineered Buildings) * Oil \& Gas * Industrial Construction * Heavy Steel Manufacturing * Steel Structures * Engineering Workshops **Key Skills** * Metal Spray Painting * Surface Preparation * Industrial Painting * Airless Spray Painting * Conventional Spray Painting * Paint Mixing * Epoxy \& Polyurethane Coatings * Protective Coating Application * Equipment Maintenance * Quality Inspection * Workshop Safety * Teamwork * Time Management Work Location: In person
