MEP Technician

Core Responsibilities * **Electrical Work:** Fix wiring, replace lights and switches, and test circuit breakers. * **Plumbing Work:** Stop water leaks, clear blocked drains, and fix pipes or sinks. * **Mechanical and HVAC:** Service air conditioning units, clean filters, and check ventilation fans. * **General Maintenance:** Do routine checks, answer emergency calls, and keep work logs. Job Requirements * **Education:** Trade school certificate, ITI, or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing. * **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of hands\-on work in building maintenance or facility management. * **Skills:** Good knowledge of safety rules, hand tools, and problem\-solving **UAE DRIVING LICENSE MANDATORY** Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
