MEP Quantity Surveyor & Co-ordinator

**About the Role** We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented **MEP Quantity Surveyor \& Coordinator** to join our team. This role requires working both at the office and on project sites, ensuring accurate quantity take‑offs, managing quotations, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to support smooth project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare quantity take‑offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works from drawings and site measurements. * Obtain and review quotations for materials, equipment, and subcontracted works. * Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and timely submissions. * Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation, and budgeting. * Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and procurement documentation. * Conduct site visits to verify quantities, monitor progress, and support project teams. * Prepare comparison statements and recommend suppliers/subcontractors based on technical and commercial evaluation. * Ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and safety regulations. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * 3–5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying and coordination. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and construction practices. * Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently at office and site with attention to detail. Pay: RO450\.000 \- RO550\.000 per month Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: In person
