MEP Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. • Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and tender documents. • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project cost reports. • Measure and value work completed for monthly progress payments. • Prepare interim payment applications and final account submissions. • Evaluate subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment certifications. • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. • 8-10 years of UAE experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in construction projects. • Experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa Projects . • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and MEP systems.
