MEP Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain operational • excellence. • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, utilizing a proactive approach to prevent facility-related issues before they arise. • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery aligns with organizational needs. • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or related roles, showcasing a strong understanding of building systems. • Experience in managing a diverse team, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others.
