**Job Title:** MEP Infrastructure Manager **Location:** KAEC, Saudi Arabia **Function:** Engineering / MEP / Infrastructure **Seniority:** Senior Management ### **About the Role** We are seeking a senior **MEP Infrastructure Manager** to lead the technical integration and delivery of building services, utilities and smart infrastructure for a major automotive manufacturing development. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead technical governance for MEP, infrastructure and utilities. * Review mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs. * Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire\-protection integration. * Coordinate external and internal utilities. * Oversee power, water, sewer, stormwater, telecommunications, gas and fire\-water systems. * Coordinate utility connections with authorities/service providers. * Manage interfaces with structural, architectural and production\-equipment requirements. * Coordinate BMS, SCADA, ICT and smart\-building interfaces. * Monitor PMC/main\-contractor engineering performance. * Review construction methodologies for complex installations. * Manage multidisciplinary technical issues and clashes. * Oversee inspections, testing and commissioning. * Manage handover and operational readiness. ### **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * **15\+ years in complex industrial or high\-tech facilities.** * Extensive MEP and utility\-infrastructure management experience. * Strong testing, commissioning and operational\-readiness experience. * Industrial/manufacturing facility experience strongly preferred. * SCE approval. * PMP. * NFPA qualification/knowledge. * MBA advantageous.
