MEP Coordinator

• Coordinate and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems design and installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes. • Facilitate communication among architects, contractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, ensuring the timely identification of discrepancies. • Manage MEP project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders, to maintain accurate project records. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with a strong foundation in MEP systems. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination on large-scale construction projects. • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or relevant MEP-specific certifications is highly desired. • Experience working in the commercial or residential construction industry, with a focus on MEP systems.
