Front Desk Receptionist — Sunshine Land Pediatric Dentistry **Location:** Jumeirah, Dubai **Job Type:** Full\-time **Industry:** Healthcare / Pediatric Dentistry We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with experience in the medical field. What You'll Do * Welcome patients and families with warmth, patience, and a calm, friendly presence, especially with children who may feel anxious * Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using our clinic management system * Handle patient communication across phone, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms * Coordinate insurance verification, claims, and pre\-approvals with patients and providers * Keep the front desk running smoothly during high patient volume * Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day on schedule * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area * Follow clinic SOPs for patient check\-in, check\-out, and communication standards What We're Looking For * Previous front desk or receptionist experience in a dental or medical clinic is required * Insurance coordination experience is a must: verification, claims, pre\-approvals, and dealing directly with providers * Proven ability to work in a busy, fast\-paced clinic environment * Warm, patient, and comfortable working with children and families * Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus * Comfortable with clinic management software and learning new systems * UAE experience preferred What We Offer * A supportive, values\-driven team environment * The chance to be part of a brand\-new, purpose\-built pediatric dental concept from day one * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, on a shift\-covering basis * Visa sponsorship * Health insurance * Annual airline ticket How to Apply Please send your CV to **** with the subject line "Front Desk Receptionist Application."
