Medical Nurse

**Job Title:** Medical Nurse – Patient Coordination (Arabic Speaker) **Location:** Muscat, Oman **Company:** One Life International LLC **Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Nurse to join our patient coordination team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing patient inquiries, coordinating medical services, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients seeking treatment locally and internationally. Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with patients and healthcare providers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and empathetic manner * Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with patients, hospitals, and internal teams * Review medical reports and coordinate with doctors/hospitals for treatment plans * Assist patients with appointment scheduling, teleconsultations, and travel arrangements * Provide accurate information about medical procedures, hospitals, and doctors * Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times * Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and feedback * Support medical visa documentation and related coordination processes * Build strong relationships with partner hospitals and healthcare providers **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing * Valid nursing license (Oman or eligible for licensing) * Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory * Good command of English * Minimum 2 years of experience in patient care, hospital coordination, or medical tourism (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism * Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes * Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools **Key Skills:** * Patient Coordination * Medical Communication * Multitasking \& Time Management * Problem\-Solving * Attention to Detail * Customer Service Orientation **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Professional growth opportunities in the medical tourism industry * Supportive and dynamic work environment Pay: RO300\.000 \- RO350\.000 per month Work Location: In person
