**Job Title:** Media Production Director **Company:** Manfusi Digital Media **About the Role** Manfusi Digital Media is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized **Media Production Director** to lead our digital video, audio, and multimedia production studio. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee end\-to\-end media operations—from pre\-production planning and creative execution through post\-production delivery—ensuring our digital media campaigns, brand videos, and original digital content achieve the highest levels of creative quality, engagement, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * **Production Operations \& Studio Leadership:** Manage daily physical and digital production schedules, studio operations, resource allocation, and workflow budgets across all creative projects. * **Creative Vision \& Execution:** Translate brand concepts and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, overseeing directors, videographers, editors, motion designers, and sound engineers. * **Team \& Talent Management:** Direct, mentor, and build a high\-performing production team; manage relationships with freelance creative talent, crew members, and specialized contractors. * **Post\-Production Oversight:** Supervise color grading, sound design, visual effects (VFX), and video editing workflows to maintain brand alignment and flawless technical standards across all digital distribution channels. * **Resource \& Budget Control:** Oversee production budget allocation, equipment procurement, studio tech stack investments, and vendor contract negotiations to maximize ROI and operational throughput. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 6\+ years of progressive experience in digital media production, video production, or agency creative leadership, with at least 3 years in a production management or directorial capacity. * **Technical Software \& Hardware:** Mastery of digital production technology, camera platforms, studio lighting, audio engineering, and post\-production software (Adobe Creative Cloud / Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). * **Multi\-Platform Digital Distribution:** Deep understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, encoding standards, and creative best practices across social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and OTT/streaming environments. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Film \& Media Production, Digital Media, Communications, Broadcast Journalism, or a related field. * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional creative storytelling capabilities, strong project and budget management skills, decisive leadership under tight delivery deadlines, and excellent client\-facing communication. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٥٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
