Media Production Director **Company:** Somos Litera Radio **Location:** Al Hamra Tower, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,850 per month** Job Summary Somos Litera Radio is seeking a creative, experienced, and results\-driven **Media Production Director** to lead the planning, production, and delivery of high\-quality multimedia content. Based in Kuwait City, the successful candidate will oversee audio, video, and digital media production, manage production teams, and ensure all content aligns with the organization's brand, editorial standards, and strategic objectives. This leadership role is ideal for a media professional with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and production excellence. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee the end\-to\-end production of radio programs, podcasts, digital content, promotional campaigns, and multimedia projects. * Develop production schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Supervise producers, presenters, editors, videographers, audio engineers, designers, and freelance creative professionals. * Ensure all media content meets quality, technical, branding, and editorial standards. * Collaborate with programming, marketing, sales, and digital media teams to create engaging content and promotional campaigns. * Manage studio operations, production workflows, equipment, and technical resources. * Oversee post\-production activities, including audio editing, video editing, sound design, graphics, and content distribution. * Identify and implement innovative production technologies and creative techniques to enhance audience engagement. * Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations, copyright requirements, licensing agreements, and company policies. * Monitor production performance, analyze audience engagement metrics, and prepare reports for senior management. * Build relationships with external production vendors, talent, agencies, and media partners. * Mentor and develop production staff while fostering a collaborative and creative working environment. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, Communications, Journalism, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field. * Minimum of **7 years** of experience in media production, broadcasting, or multimedia production, including at least **3 years** in a leadership or management role. * Strong knowledge of audio and video production, broadcasting operations, digital media platforms, and content development. * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects), audio editing software, and broadcast production systems. * Experience managing production budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary creative teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills. * Strong creative vision with the ability to manage multiple production projects simultaneously.
