Mechanical Technician

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery. • Diagnose mechanical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime. • Repair, replace, and maintain machine components such as bearings, gears, chains, belts, shafts, cylinders, and other mechanical parts. • Perform maintenance on corrugation, printing, die-cutting, folder gluer, lamination, and stitching machines. • Maintain utility equipment including boilers, balers, pallet wrapping machines, and pallet strapping machines. • Carry out repairs and replacement of mechanical parts on offset printing machines. • Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently by following maintenance schedules and SOPs. • Maintain maintenance records and report recurring equipment issues. • Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operation. • Follow all safety regulations and company maintenance procedures. • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the corrugated packaging, printing, or carton manufacturing industry. • Hands-on maintenance experience with the following machines is mandatory: • Fosber Corrugator • Ming Wei Corrugator • Falcon FFG Machine • Ming Wei Printing & Die Cut Machine • Bobst Die Cutter • Bobst Laminator • Bobst Folder Gluer • Nikko Die Cut Machine • KBA Rapida Offset Printing Machine • Heidelberg Offset Printing Machine • Thermax Boiler • Godswill Baler • Robopac Wrapping Machine • Signode Pallet Strapping Machine • Stitching Machines • Strong knowledge of preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance. • Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and machine alignment. • Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime. • Experience in the corrugated box manufacturing or packaging industry is mandatory.
