Mechanical Site Supervisor

Job Description **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Mechanical Site Supervisor** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical site activities, coordinating manpower and work planning, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and maintaining safety standards across Oil \& Gas construction and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical site activities. * Manage and monitor manpower at the project site. * Plan and organize work activities to ensure smooth project execution. * Coordinate with clients, project teams, and other site personnel. * Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements. * Coordinate and monitor **Permit\-to\-Work (PTW)** requirements. * Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and site safety requirements. * Monitor work progress and report site issues or delays to the concerned management. * Ensure proper coordination between mechanical teams and other disciplines. * Maintain good communication with clients and site management. Requirements * **Diploma in Mechanical Engineering**. * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in Oil \& Gas construction and/or maintenance projects. * Proven experience in **manpower supervision and work planning**. * Experience in **client coordination** and site operations. * Good knowledge of **Permit\-to\-Work (PTW)** procedures. * Strong understanding of **HSE and safety compliance**. * **QatarEnergy project experience is preferred.** * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to manage site activities effectively and work under project deadlines.
