Job description
Supervise mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and prepare daily progress reports. Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 10 years of site experience in construction projects.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
