Mechanical Senior Engineer

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and performance targets. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to manufacturing and post-launch support. • Conduct rigorous analysis and simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD) to validate designs and optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and development. • Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL). • Demonstrated experience in a specific industry such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
