**Mechanical Quantity Surveyor** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying * 6 to 9 years of relevant experience * Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing systems, infrastructure works * Proficient in preparing and reviewing mechanical design, shop drawings, and technical submittals * Previous experience with EPC and Contracting companies is essential * Work experience in KSA or GCC * Location: Dammam head office Pay: ﷼5,000\.00 \- ﷼6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a Mechanical/MEP Quantity Surveyor? * How many years of KSA/GCC experience do you have? * Do you have QS experience specifically in HVAC, firefighting and plumbing? * Have you handled estimation, variations, change orders and subcontractor valuations? * What is your current salary, expected salary and notice period?
