Mechanical Project Manager

**Job Title:** Mechanical Project Manager **Company:** Item Masters Engineering **About the Role** Item Masters Engineering is looking for a driven Mechanical Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex mechanical engineering projects on time and within budget. You will lead cross\-functional project teams, manage mechanical systems installation and integration, coordinate with clients and contractors, and enforce high quality and safety standards across all phases. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Lifecycle Management:** Oversee mechanical engineering projects from concept and design through procurement, installation, testing, and final handover. * **Budget \& Schedule Control:** Create detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, monitor project costs, and ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets. * **Technical Oversight:** Review mechanical designs, HVAC/piping/machinery specifications, and engineering drawings to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies; lead regular status meetings and site inspections. * **Quality \& Safety Compliance:** Enforce site safety regulations (OSHA), environmental guidelines, and quality assurance protocols across all mechanical works. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 5\+ years of experience in mechanical engineering project management, overseeing industrial, commercial, or manufacturing systems projects. * **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC, piping, thermodynamics, structural mechanics, and building management systems (BMS). * **Software Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6\) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit). * **Education \& Credentials:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; PMP (Project Management Professional) or P.E. license preferred. * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional leadership, risk management, contract negotiation, and client\-facing communication skills. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
