Mechanical Maintenance Planner

• Prepare, coordinate, and issue monthly and annual mechanical maintenance plans. • Plan and follow up on periodic, minor, and major mechanical maintenance activities. • Monitor preventive maintenance work orders and update feedback in the maintenance database. • Track equipment failure repairs and revise maintenance plans as needed. • Prepare reports after completion of periodic, minor, and major maintenance activities. • Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities with other sections and departments. • Monitor spare parts consumption and maintenance costs. • Support preparation and execution of spare parts and work budgets for the Mechanical Maintenance section. • Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager in line with company policies. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Around 10 years of experience in a mechanical supervisory or maintenance planning role Industry Exposure: Steel, melt shop, heavy manufacturing, or industrial maintenance environment preferred Required Skills • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance activities. • Experience in preventive, periodic, minor, and major maintenance planning. • Familiarity with SAP PM/MM is preferred. • Good English communication skills. • Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting abilities. • Leadership qualities and team-building skills. • Ability to work in an industrial environment with heat, noise, and dust.
