Mechanical Engineer (MEP)

Job Summary We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Mechanical Engineer** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising **Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage (P\&D)** works across multiple MEP projects, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage works from commencement to project completion. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor day\-to\-day site activities. * Review project drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. * Ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements. * Prepare work schedules, progress reports, material requests, and site documentation. * Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule. * Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. * Coordinate material procurement and verify quantities. * Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) requirements. * Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 **years of experience** in MEP projects, preferably in Bahrain or GCC. * Strong knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage systems. * Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination. * Good understanding of local authority requirements and industry standards. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. * Valid Bahrain Driving License is preferred. Preferred Skills * Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of project planning and reporting. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
