Mechanical Engineer Facilities Management | Luxury Projects

We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading FM consultancy delivering premium and luxury developments throughout Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimise mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and water systems. • Conduct technical audits and inspections. • Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes. • Monitor contractor performance and service delivery. • Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions. • Prepare technical reports and recommendations for clients. • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building services. • Experience working on luxury hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments. • GCC experience highly desirable. • Professional engineering registration preferred. • Must be available to start within 1 month.
