Mechanical Engineer, Facilities Management Experience for Abha (Saudi Nationals Only)

* Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and water supply systems. * Review and approve preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards. * Conduct regular inspections and technical audits of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Review contractor performance, maintenance reports, method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals. * Investigate mechanical failures, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and maintenance schedules, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities and projects. * Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, local authority requirements, Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE, NFPA, and other applicable mechanical standards. * Prepare technical reports, condition assessments, asset lifecycle evaluations, and recommendations for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements. * Support project handover, testing \& commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, and operational readiness to ensure all mechanical systems meet client and contractual requirements.
