Material Controller / Material Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced **Material Controller / Material Coordinator – Piping** for a reputed client in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **piping material control, SAP, MTO, material traceability, warehouse coordination, and Oil \& Gas/EPC projects**, ensuring materials are available accurately and on time for project execution. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Raise material requests and reservations in **SAP** based on approved MTOs * Prepare and maintain **MTCD, MTO forms, material registers, and related documentation** * Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and site teams for timely material availability * Receive and verify piping materials against packing lists, specifications, quantities, and quality requirements * Ensure proper segregation, identification, storage, and traceability of materials * Maintain accurate material master data and inventory records * Issue materials against authorized requests and maintain issue records * Monitor material consumption, shortages, excess stock, and availability * Support piping fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair activities * Ensure complete material traceability throughout the project lifecycle ### **Skills \& Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Engineering, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Logistics**, or related field * Relevant experience in **material control/coordination**, preferably in Piping, Oil \& Gas, EPC, or industrial projects * Hands\-on experience with **piping materials and Material Take\-Off (MTO)** * Strong working knowledge of **SAP** for material requests, reservations, inventory, and tracking * Knowledge of **MTCD, material certificates, specifications, receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance** * Strong organizational, documentation, coordination, and communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
