**Position:** Master Textile Production Specialist **Company:** Artesanias Textiles **Location:** Building 65, Salalah Heritage Village, Salalah **Monthly Salary:** OMR 1,400 (Full\-Time / On\-Site) **Overview** Artesanias Textiles is looking for a Master Textile Production Specialist to lead daily weaving, fabric finishing, and artisan production workflows at our Salalah Heritage Village workshop. **Key Responsibilities** \* Direct end\-to\-end textile manufacturing processes, including raw fiber selection, dyeing techniques, loom setup, and fabric finishing. \* Oversee production quality to ensure all woven products meet strict durability, colorfastness, and design standards. \* Train and mentor local weaving technicians and artisans in specialized craft methods and modern production tools. \* Manage raw material inventory, minimize fabric waste, and optimize floor production schedules. \* Work closely with design leads to convert artistic concepts into scalable textile production runs. **Qualifications** \* 7\+ years of experience in textile manufacturing, traditional weaving, or large\-scale garment production. \* In\-depth knowledge of fiber mechanics, fabric structures, industrial looms, and textile chemistry. \* Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing production floor teams. \* Currently residing in Oman and available for full\-time work on\-site in Salalah. **Application** Send your updated CV highlighting your textile manufacturing background and production management experience. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٤٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
