Mason

• erform masonry, plastering, tiling, and concrete repair works across Mai Dubai facilities. • Construct, repair, and maintain brickwork, blockwork, concrete structures, retaining walls, and other civil works. • Prepare and mix mortar and concrete using manual and mechanical mixing equipment. • Lay bricks, blocks, tiles, paving, and concrete according to drawings and specifications. • Repair damaged brickwork, plaster, flooring, walls, and other building finishes. • Measure, mark, and level work areas using appropriate masonry tools and equipment. • Cut, shape, and install bricks, concrete, and stone using hand and power tools. • Erect and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, and temporary work structures safely. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures. • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite while supporting other building maintenance activities as assigned. • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Mason/Civil Maintenance Technician in industrial, commercial, or facility maintenance environments. • Skilled in brickwork, blockwork, plastering, tiling, concrete repair, and finishing works . • Able to read and interpret basic construction drawings and work orders. • Proficient in using masonry hand tools, power tools, and concrete mixing equipment. • Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking). • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights when required. • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices. • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or within a maintenance team. • Positive attitude with strong attention to quality, workmanship, and safety.
