Job description
• Develop and implement dynamic training programs tailored to individual student needs, from beginner to advanced levels, fostering skill progression and confidence.
• Conduct engaging and safe training sessions, ensuring proper technique execution and injury prevention through meticulous supervision.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help them achieve their martial arts goals.
• Instill discipline, respect, and a strong work ethic in students, creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience as a martial arts practitioner.
• Demonstrated coaching or teaching experience with a proven track record of student development.
• Possession of recognized certifications in the specific martial art discipline and first aid/CPR.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics and effective training methodologies for martial arts.
