Job Description: Marketing Staff
Reporting to: Area Manager / Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
· Promote Exchange services and brand image in assigned areas.
· Actively support marketing initiatives to increase customer base and improve service awareness.
· Visit public locations, interact with potential customers, and encourage mobile app downloads.
· Assist customers with App installation, registration, and initial usage.
· Conduct on ground marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials and represent at events and public gatherings.
· Perform all related marketing tasks as assigned to support the overall marketing strategy of Exchange.
· Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the reporting authority.
Provide market feedback and customer preferences.
Work Location: In person
