If you thrive in fast\-paced agency environments, excel at negotiation and relationship management, and understand how to align high\-profile talent with luxury brand prestige, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** **Contract \& Deal Management:** Draft, negotiate, and finalize talent agreements, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign timelines. **Campaign Coordination:** Manage end\-to\-end execution of gifting, sponsored campaigns, event appearances, and product launches. **Candidate Requirements:** **Nationality:** Arab nationality (native Arabic fluency with deep cultural insight into regional influencer dynamics). **Agency Experience:** Proven track record in a marketing, PR, or talent agency managing influencer activations. **Communication:** Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Arabic and English. **Technical Aptitude**: High proficiency in computer applications, reporting tools, and contract/project management software. **Availability:** Schedule flexibility to accommodate live events, late\-evening launches, and talent response cycles. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
