Marketing Representative

NAQA Al Beeah Factory for Chemical Industries — Yanbu Industrial City. We produce AUS32 urea solution (DEF grade) and high\-purity distilled water from an ISO 22241\-1, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facility. We are hiring Marketing Representatives to promote and sell the plant's products in the field across six cities: Yanbu, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar and Jubail. Please state your city in your application. Key responsibilities: Visit customers in your assigned city: transport and fleet operators, contractors, fuel stations, workshops and distributors. Introduce the product, explain its specification and benefits, and hand over technical documents. Build a prospect list, follow up on leads and close orders. Collect market feedback on demand, competitors and pricing and report it to management. Support distributors with product knowledge and point\-of\-sale material. Coordinate delivery and after\-sales follow\-up with the plant. Submit a weekly report on visits, opportunities and closed orders. Uphold the plant's policy: no figures or commitments are given to customers unless approved by management. Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years in field marketing or sales, preferably B2B. Strong communication and negotiation skills and comfort with field visits. Basic reporting skills and use of Excel or a CRM. Good Arabic; basic English. Valid driving licence and own transport preferred. Residence in one of the six cities listed above. Preferred: Experience selling to transport and fleet customers or fuel stations. An existing customer network in your city. Compensation: base salary plus commission on collected sales. Employment type: full time, field based.
