Strategic Marketing
• Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Brand Management
• Build, strengthen, and maintain the HireStella brand identity.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
• Develop brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Manage corporate branding, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Oversee email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Monitor website performance and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Content Marketing
• Develop and manage the company's content marketing strategy.
• Work closely with the Head of Content and Creative team to produce high-quality content, including blogs, articles, case studies, videos, podcasts, and social media content.
• Manage the editorial and content calendar to ensure timely publication.
Lead Generation & Business Growth
• Design and implement lead generation campaigns to increase qualified B2B leads.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
• Develop marketing campaigns that support revenue growth and customer retention.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize performance.
Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and build online communities.
• Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports for management.
• Use data and analytics to drive strategic marketing decisions.
• Monitor marketing ROI and recommend cost-effective improvements.
Events & Partnerships
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, webinars, product launches, and exhibitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, media organizations, and industry associations.
• Represent the company at networking events and conferences when required.
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and mentor the marketing team.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, freelancers, and vendors when required.
Budget & Vendor Management
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Monitor marketing expenditures and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with marketing vendors and service providers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, HR, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Support product launches, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure marketing activities effectively support company-wide strategic goals.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.
• Protect the company's intellectual property, confidential information, and brand reputation.
• Promote the ethical and responsible use of AI tools in marketing activities in accordance with company policies.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, AI technologies, digital tools, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and campaign performance.
• Recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing .
• Experience in the AI, SaaS, Software, IT, HR Technology, or Technology industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in startup or high-growth companies is an advantage.
