**Marketing Manager – F\&B Industry** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and strengthen our F\&B brand presence. The ideal candidate will develop effective marketing strategies, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across all outlets and digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Plan and manage campaigns, promotions, launches, and seasonal marketing activities. * Manage social media, digital marketing, and online brand presence. * Work closely with the Content Creator to develop engaging and consistent content. * Analyze customer trends, campaign performance, and competitor activities. * Develop initiatives to increase customer traffic, sales, and brand awareness. * Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful execution of promotions. * Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign expenses. * Build partnerships and coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and suppliers when required. * Ensure consistent brand identity across all outlets and marketing channels. * Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvement strategies. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the F\&B or hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotions. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Creative and commercially minded with strong analytical abilities. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. * Strong understanding of Qatar's F\&B market is an advantage. * Locally available in Doha, Qatar is preferred. * Immediate joiner is preferred.
