Marketing Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **Marketing Manager** to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in **digital marketing**, with proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. * Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online channels. * Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital content. * Analyze marketing performance, website traffic, leads, and campaign results using relevant analytics tools. * Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition. * Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business development activities. * Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. * Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors. * Create and oversee marketing content, promotional materials, and campaigns. * Track KPIs and prepare regular marketing performance reports. * Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement innovative strategies to improve results. Requirements * Proven experience as a **Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role**. * Strong background in the **digital marketing industry**. * Excellent knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and lead generation. * Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools. * Strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital platforms. * Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively. * Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.** Work Location: In person
